About Armen Avanessian

Prior to his career as an attentive, service-oriented real estate agent, Armen Avanessian spent over 35 years in sales, primarily focusing on automobiles. He understands that accurate representation and excellent service start with empathetically and compassionately connecting with each client’s unique story. His gift for effectively listening to his clients and truly understanding their wants and needs is pivotal to his success in sales. He even met his wife when he sold her a car in 1989! Since 2020, he’s been translating that winning method to helping people achieve their real estate aspirations.

Armen grew up in an Encino neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley. He enjoys its unique mix of different cultures and meeting different people from all walks of life. While working in sales, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, giving him a solid base for his keen market analysis. In his free time, he enjoys honing his skill for strategy by playing chess. He also likes to go to his local firing range to practice shooting. But being a true family man, nothing compares to the quality time he gets to spend with his wife and kids.
